Sugar

Postby mikesbytes » Sun Jul 05, 2015 6:59 pm

Was looking at the huge difference in the amount of sugar in different yoghurts

While there are guidelines as to how much sugar we should ingest, is there any info around that deals with those who do high levels of exercise?

Yeh I've seen much of the stuff around about how bad sugar is, that one is quite informative

The question is more sports related. Being a high energy person what happens to sugar intake as your energy requirements increase?

Ten minutes with your favourite search engine targeted at triathlete or runner forums will confirm what you don't what to hear.
