Was looking at the huge difference in the amount of sugar in different yoghurts
While there are guidelines as to how much sugar we should ingest, is there any info around that deals with those who do high levels of exercise?

Yeh I've seen much of the stuff around about how bad sugar is, that one is quite informative
The question is more sports related. Being a high energy person what happens to sugar intake as your energy requirements increase?
