Hello,
Just after people's thoughts and experience with Hydralyte Sports ORS.
I've been happy with Endura rehydration for some time, but I've heard Hydralyte is used at the peaks challenge events so thought might try it.
My concern though is the crazy high sodium (salt) levels compared to Endura.
I know salt is lost with heavy exercise but it varies person to person, and one serve of Hydralyte sports is above the daily recommended dose of sodium.
Also, what do others use? I know there will be aome home made alternatives too, so just after some thoughts?
Hydralyte Sports?
