Lucky me, I have tennis elbow in both arms and bursitis in both shoulders!
The good thing is, it doesn't affect me greatly on the bike but is a bitch, in everyday life. I am trying a brace on my worst arm and some drugs for the shoulders, so I will see what happens next.

Fellow tennis player here. Had to stop tennis, but mine was achilles about to explode. It's a brutal sport and tears your body apart. Better to cycle. Hang in there buddy.

Not sure this brace thing on my arm is doing anything for the tennis elbow.

I occasionally got tennis elbow. Apart from having a good diet of course, i found that exercises with a torsion bar (eg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LlsS2dzUp6o) really help.

I'm on a roll. I now have Bursitis at the top of my left femur and hip joint. The Dr wanted to give me a steroid injection but I declined and said I'd wait to see how it goes. He then says, if it's not better by next Friday, I will need to get the injection. Sucks to have lead a hard life.
