Grazed scraped knee

Postby Mrsbanter » Tue Nov 29, 2016 9:33 pm

I feel like a kid complaining about this injury. I gave myself a nasty graze on my knee cap from coming off the mountain bike on Sunday. Due to do a big mt bike riding trip this weekend and was after advice on how to dress the wound to keep it flexible. Being over the knee cap it's painful to bend the knee which is obviously not ideal. TIA

Visit your pharmacy and ask - I can't remember any names but there are various brands.

It a thin, woven, breathable dressing, comes in sheets or rolls. You put it on and leave it on.

We have some we somewhere, I'll see if I can come up with a name.
