Old Mans Injury

Got me the dreaded calf injury on the XC cranking a bit hard through some loose sand,

Then aggravated it stepping up on a ladder and again at golf.

each time it just seemed to be coming good.

first time i have had this injury, frustrating as hell, any others been a victim?
