I hadn't ridden a mountain bike for over 10 years. Bought myself a Scott Scale 740.... for starters ;-)

You wouldn't want someone to go past and the bike fall over

Nice to see a Ventana. One day I'll get my El Comandante repaired.

I smashed my Carbon Merida (low clearance oops) which opened the door (and insurance cash) to the bike i'm riding now - Pivot Mach4 26". love it - handles like a dream. took a while to get used to the weight difference from the Carbon but it rips. Carbon Bars - XTR Rims - Brakes. XO Clutch rear Mech 1 x 10 Wolftooth setup. Good fun but certainly not easy to keep up with the big wheel guys..

Picked up a used 2012 Trek Superfly AL 29er hardtail. It's my second MTB in 16 years! First bike was a Trek 8000 I bought in 1998. This is it's spiritual successor.

Can't wait to try out some beginner tracks and do some dirt roads with my kids.

Thanks, just kinda feel in to this and I am so glad I did. Rides like a dream and I still haven't got it set up properly!

Nice one! Mtb's have changed over the years, my '97 ParkPre Pro Image was an awesome bike back then until some low life stole it. I'm still not sure about the handling of the 27.5 compared to 26, seems harder to throw around quickly. Glad I didn't get a 29er. But I am loving disc brakes!!

Early days still, but i love the ride of the 29er. I feel a bit like Batman on the Rumbler bike, serenely crushing the bumps and ruts on the track.

Had this a little while, but have got it tuned in to how I like it.

Just doing some commute testing before the weekend.

X01 on three bikes makes life very easy.

Is it from the ICAN factory? or other?
1997 Ritchey Road Logic, 1998 Frezoni MAX,

Yes, my second china frame after my cheap hard tail broke. This one's quality looks first class and my first FS. I need a few thing to finish it and not in a great hurry.

Carbonal Titan. I had to wait 3 months for the redesign to be finished and just now it's listed on there site. Really happy with the quality.

Yep, Rohan and I did a bit of a swapsie.

Rides amazing, coming off a 100mm xc bike it just eats stuff up. Haven't gone super gnarly yet but it's amazing. I did opt for the more xc oriented suspension rather than burlier AM gear. Will give you a ride when I'm up in Sydney if you're keen?
