Provided, that is, that they switch off the some inactive neurons that lost them their license in the first place.

So everyone who uses a mobility scooter on the road is guilty of those offences? Mate, down Rye/Rosebud area there's gonna be a lot of angry wrinklies
I think there's some over reach there by the cops, regardless of what we think of the bloke (I'm liking his tenacity, tbh).

Well that boat trailer wasn't properly registered...
Yep was down Corio/Geelong just the other weekend & the road was shared with quite a few grannykarts. Didn't notice how wrinkly the occupants were, but some were ridden with ample "youthful exuberance" heck at least one overtook my carload
