Among other comments in the subtitles the farmer, in effect, claims "What's the worry, I saved you? You should thank me."

With heroes like these farmers who needs road ragers.

As a response to dog attacks would be one of the more legitimate reasons to fit an air horn to the bike. Even a group as large as that in the video I imagine it would be effective.
