Mmmm..

Really loving the colour schemes for 2015.. Might spoil myself on a Defy Advanced when they get on special..

Some of the higher end stuff;

Talk about beauty being in the eye of the beholder, all of those paintjobs look absolutely awful to me. I still like the basic shape of the Propel though.

The range is already released in Aus. Check out your Giant Store.

The local website has finally been updated, so you can now see exactly what's on offer here now. :-)
I had a thought, but it got run over as it crossed my mind.

Am I right in that they have changed the Giant font on the bikes? I Don't like it - kind of reminds me of 80s video games font!

However give me one of those Defy Pro 0s in all black with a black saddle and black bar tape and I'd me more than happy. That's one hot bike. Maybe next year or 2016 when the price comes down a bit.

I have gone with a defy pro 2. The pro 0 was a little disappointing in person I prefer the matte black/white of the 2.

Makes me glad I bought my Propel this year. Much prefer the white and lime green to any of these colour schemes.

I picked up the advance pro 0 last week. I like the black more than most of the other colours, also comes with the Di2 and hydro brakes

just finished 50km on the new one. much nicer to ride but heaps of noise in the shifters on bumpy roads (that's all the roads where I live). brakes should have bedded in by now but are still a bit soft. not very good compared to my xt's. the shop will look at it tomorrow so will see how it goes then.

reportedly
remove the hood covers and glue a small piece of rubber onto the top of the brake lever, where it smacks into the hood’s cross pins. A very inelegant solution.

Agree with you mate, Giant had the paint/logo' nailed for a few years there but have taken a step back into the horror paint jobs of the past. Quite happy with my black & red 2014 SL :D

I was considering either the Trek Superfly 8 or the 2014 XTC 29er 1, and to be honest - other things being equal - the aesthetics of the latter was a big factor in my decision. Once I'd made up my mind, I discovered that the 2014 model was no longer available in my size, but then I was equally enamoured by the 2015 XTC Advanced 29er 1 (my final choice). It is, IMHO, a seriously handsome bike! :oops:

Don't know how 2015 they are (they certainly look very shiny), but there was a lot of Propels kicking around the crits tonight. I have to say, they looked mighty cool.

I would buy one in a heartbeat, until I remember that the monkey that would sit on top of it was not built in a wind tunnel.
