Does anyone have one of these Giant bikes for their kids?

Looking at possibly buying 2 for my sons (10yrs and 11yrs old) for xmas but am wondering whether they may be too small for them.

I have an 8 year old maybe slightly taller than average for his age and he is riding a XS 700c roadie. he is a bit stretched on it, a 650 would be a perfect fit for him but he will grow in to it. The 24inch was way to small for him, so for your 10 and 11 year old's that 24inch TCR will be far to small.

I would be putting them on compact framed small or XS sized 700c bikes.

Or 650c if you don't mind offloading and getting 700's in a year or two. Biggest thing is crank size. lots of kids roadies come with 170 cranks which is ridiculous and really wide bars. You will need 150-160mm cranks and narrow bars with small reach. if you have that you can get away with a 700c and just get bigger cranks, bars and stems as they get older.
