Though noting this is a different manufacturer, the previous kit is quite a slim fit, particularly across the shoulders - I actually find the sleeves tend to pull up, not because they're too short or narrow, but because of the narrowness at shoulder. They're a slimmer fit at the shoulder than Nemisis and Nalini, for example, but possibly the same or slightly looser at the stomach.

I'm slimish but reasonably broad across the shoulders at 80kg/184cm, and find the medium jersey is a good length and fit everywhere else (from memory I was pretty much on the line between medium and large on the sizing chart, and sized down).

I can confirm - as a race-style fit it is intended as a slim fitting jersey. And the sizing of the new kit will be reassuringly similar to the previous kit.

Like M@, I am also slim (still) and have the broad shoulders from swimming so the size L works well for me where I have the comfortable fit in the shoulders while it is a bit more relaxed on the torso - not much excess, but not tight.

I think M@ would fit well in the L as well - amd when I met him a few months earlier at Mont24 - his BNA kit looked awesome (he has a think for great kit).

At the supplier, to double check the sizing, I personally measured a number of sizes to confirm that it matched the size guide - in each case the jersey check size measured was spot-on, in the middle of the size range. And the size L in the new kit fits me like a glove - I just measured and across the chest (measued flat) it is 51cm.

The summary is that there were fewer orders than anticipated, perhaps because of timing (over Christmas) and price. So this is niche and I am really looking forward to the kit - especially with the comms pocket.

And, I decided not to stock extra's!

For interest, we made the quota with the long sleeve jerseys. There were plentu of questions on custom colours and I know that the yellow, pink and lime green stripes would look hot - though surprisingly no takers so won't offer custom colours next time.

In hindsight, timing this earlier would have been better, however on the flip side, it was worth taking the time to meet the supplier personally and look at the gear and choose options that will really make this outstanding. Quality over quantity!

Thanks for your work on this, Christopher. I'm looking forward to my order. My 2013 kit is still in perfect condition and stupidly comfortable. Cuore make some nice kit - it was even worn first over the line at the National titles!

That's right, Heinrich Haussler with Team IAM. I spoke with Haussler in 2010 and he had fantastic potential but didn't have a good run so it is fantastic to see him in form, and proving himself, and wearing the national colours.
