CV in their top race road bike?

They've added CV into their time trial bike. Why haven't they added it into their top race road bike? Or will they likely to do it in the near future?

If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

Stands for Countervail.
A better term would be viscoelastic material.

Wouldn't get too hung up on the material, there's not a lot of improvement that can be made over carbon fibre.
