Reckon this is just a publicity stunt. And what do they plan on doing in their office all day long? If its linked with BNV its sure to be evil rather than good.
(I.e a rather nice little vehicle to push their overpriced memberships now isn't it!).
Maybe stick to just e-commerce Mr. Wiggle.

Just met Mr Wiggle Australia today - soon to be published (I will link it here) with answers.
But yes, there is a specific connection with Bicycle Victoria with the membership drive being funded / promoted by Wiggle.

I have published this on BNA now: Interview: Adam Johnson Driving Australian Online Bike Sales for Wiggle
While there are no exact answers on market value and volume for Wiggle in Australia, it does cover the Bicycle Victoria relationship and put out an invitation for clubs and events not supported by the industry to get in touch to discuss opportunitities.

Maybe not all bad if they are going to help support local clubs. Still very suspicious why they would setup shop in Sydney if one of their prime aims was to help out Bicycle Victoria unless its part of the push into NSW. But I just like their cheap stuff to be honest.

Wiggle do have a strong partnership with Bicycling Network Victoria (and promote membership when you order), but also the Amy Gillett Foundation. I think the decision for Sydney is because it was a more natural fit.
Local clubs who partner with local bike shops will not be onboard - but there are plenty of other groups who can't find support.
