Both Echelon and FE are Queensland based and 3T has announced they are moving across to FE Sport. Echelon previously had BMC and now no longer have bike brands - rather have accessories and components such as Zipp, SRAM, Bont Assos, Speedplay and Quarq.
FE Sports currently have Ridley brand bikes and accessories such as Garmin, Corima, Stages, Wahoo FItness so 3T are their second bike brand. 3T have recently put a lot of focus into their Gravel and continue also on their parts such as handlebars and stems.
"Since the arrival of our Strada and Exploro bikes, 3T has moved into a new phase of our existence. These award-winning bikes need a different approach to what is required with components. Chris [from previous distributer Echelon] and I discussed this carefully over a period of time and eventually agreed that both company's focuses are no longer 100% in the same direction in regard to bikes and frames so we both decided to move forward and go in a different direction."
"Echelon is committed to enabling us to ensure a smooth transition to FE Sports, dealers should not experience any discontinuity for their customers in Australia in the next couple of months ó they should continue to enjoy the same outstanding service as they always have from Echelon".
