Google is your friend.

You could start by searching for a Melb based company called Fyxomatosis.

I'll save you the hard work: http://www.fyxomatosis.com/

There's another company called UnderGround Chainrings. Here's their web site.

What PCD and tooth count are you looking for? I am doing a few here in Perth.

Hi Mike, have PM'd a reply to you.

Yes I was having chainrings made for single speed bikes a few years back. These were laser cut locally and sold mill finish to keep the cost down.

If you have an old worn ring for the centre mounting pattern and any good 38 tooth sprocket for the outer, they can be scanned and merged to program laser cutters. However you will have to finish the taper of the teeth by hand to make them shift between rings.
Cheers,
George.

These are one and the same these days. Apparently Cycle Underground stopped doing retail and Fyxo is now their outlet.

'bespoke chainrings' from Melbourne.
They specialise in old school (50.4 bcd?), but soon starting 130 bcd, etc.
