New website is great. Loads a ton faster than the old one, and looks nicer to boot.

Do you have confirmed spec/price for the 'Brunswick'?

So from previous posts we can assume it's running SRAM... Let's hope it's Rival22 with hydro disc's.

This post kinda lets the SRAM cat out of the bag, although they may have been trying to throw us?

Are there any horror stories about cell? Heard rumours but you never know the validity.

Basically no. In the very early days i think there was a recall on some part or another and there are a handful of instances where people have had trouble but you have to bear in mind that they have always been targeting the very cheap end of the market and you would have to expect one or two bikes out of every who knows how many thousand to have slipped the QC.

With regards to just buying parts, clothes etc from the website i've heard of a very small number of people who have had problems but neither myself or my two brothers have ever had anything but exceptional service from them.

Bought my bike from them a while ago and no issues with it or dealing with them at all. Next bike will be the Omeo 2.0 and I can't wait! No issues at all recommending them, there gear or service.

My daughter bought from Cell, first for herself and then, later, for her daughter. Happy both times.

No way would I ride a CX (or MTB for that matter) with Di2... those derailluer's are way to expensive!

To me the mark of good business to deal with is not just few errors, but how well they address those mistakes. I had a couple of problems with my bike - cracked frame & then breaking spokes. Cell fixed those quickly with a minimum of drama

I'd just want it as an all weather commuter

Giant seek 1. Spends more time being repaired than being ridden.
