New website is great. Loads a ton faster than the old one, and looks nicer to boot.CELL Bikes wrote:Hi everyone! Some announcements to make:

Do you have confirmed spec/price for the 'Brunswick'?CELL Bikes wrote: #2 The long and eagerly awaited Cyclocross bike will be landing in the 1st week in July (yay). It's still called the 'Brunswick' and I personally can't wait to get my hands on one!

This post kinda lets the SRAM cat out of the bag, although they may have been trying to throw us?CELL Bikes wrote:The Brunswick (the cyclocross bike) has been delayed due to a SRAM Disc Brake recall and we're looking at May-ish (sucks).

Basically no. In the very early days i think there was a recall on some part or another and there are a handful of instances where people have had trouble but you have to bear in mind that they have always been targeting the very cheap end of the market and you would have to expect one or two bikes out of every who knows how many thousand to have slipped the QC.Drizt wrote:Are there any horror stories about cell? Heard rumours but you never know the validity.
With regards to just buying parts, clothes etc from the website i've heard of a very small number of people who have had problems but neither myself or my two brothers have ever had anything but exceptional service from them.

To me the mark of good business to deal with is not just few errors, but how well they address those mistakes. I had a couple of problems with my bike - cracked frame & then breaking spokes. Cell fixed those quickly with a minimum of dramaDrizt wrote:Are there any horror stories about cell? Heard rumours but you never know the validity.
