Initial c r c Order was on the 17/06, so you can see a 2 day delay from c r c dispatching until it actually appeared in their system (on pickup I presume).
Shipment History :
Event Date Event Time Event Detail Event City
23/06/2015 12:00 Shipment Arrived within Destination Country Sydney
23/06/2015 00:45 Shipment Departed Singapore Hub SIN
22/06/2015 02:36 Manifested for Outbound Transportation SIN,
22/06/2015 02:04 Shipment Processed at Singapore Hub SIN,
20/06/2015 01:54 Shipment Departed Origin Country (UK)
19/06/2015 01:54 Customer Data Received
So, we're on 6 days now and I note that it arrived in Sydney today. Will be curious to see how long it takes to get from the Airport to me!

Nope. Only departed UK today, a week after c r c had dispatched the order! Trak Pak service is terrible. I had a package from Wiggle delivered by Trak Pak once and it was the slowest ever.biker jk wrote:I ordered the same day as queequeg and my parcel might be in Singapore.Coldhands wrote:Also just found out that a friend of mine who placed an order the same day as me from c r c received it on monday (22/06) which only adds to the frustration!

I've now realised that I should have included a 10 speed chain in the order. Has anyone tried to change an order from Ribble once they have received the Order Number? If so, what is the best way to amend the order?
They're closed on Sundays so I can't call them to ask.
Cheers

If it was that simple I wouldn't have asked.rheicel wrote:Cancel the order and start again
I can select the order number to view the order and its status but there is no link which can be selected to cancel or modify the order.
They should be open by now, I'll try call them and see how I get on.

Online Purchases - good and bad experiences

I'll see how things pan out. The order I placed on Saturday arrived soon enough, but the wrong item was supplied. I'm suspicious that an older, superseded component has been intentionally substituted for the component I ordered.

Yeah velogear have been bumped to the bottom of my list. I had a parcel take about 8-10 days to show up. When I enquired about its whereabout I was told they couldn't help me because I hadn't paid for tracking. So the next time I paid for it only to have the tracking info not show up until a day before the parcel (also late) arrived.biker jk wrote:A big service failure from Velogear. I waited two weeks from order to delivery (Melbourne to Sydney). Sure it may have been Australia Post at fault. However, after finally receiving my parcel eight days after the expected 1-3 working days estimated delivery time, they sent me the wrong bottle cages.
