Online Purchases - good and bad experiences

c r c - ordered and dispatched 22 July (with free shipping promotion), now more than 3 weeks and so sign of it. Sent email last night to start refund/resent process. Fortunately these were spares that I was not desperate for. My order before that took just over 2 weeks (again free shipping promotion). Perhaps time to shop elsewhere

c r c is really beginning to bug me. Their deliveries are taking so long to arrive that the mystery discount coupons are expired by the time I get them.

just had this happen. contacted them and they retrospectively applied it to my new order . NFI what discount I got. will find out when it turns up on the credit card

i've done a few orders lately. i did a ribble order on 31/07. it was sent on 2/08. still waiting
workmate did a pushys order on Wednesday. He brought in my bits of the order to work today.

EDIT: and the day you complain about it, it arrives.

Update: Forms filled out and replacements are on their way. Can't fault their after sales service.

Arrived in Brisbane today, less than 24 hours later. Amazing service, I don't know how they do it.

I placed an order with Pushys (AT) 2PM today, got shipping email just now (8PM). Can't get the tracking to work though. The popup is just blank?? Looks like it's an Auspost delivery though, as i put the code Pushy's provided into Auspost's tracking & got a result that it had been "initiated".

Not exactly an online purchase but...

I have a Fizik Arione CX with carbon braided rails which I got an a bike frame I purchased earlier this year. It was a 2012 Giant and the date stamp on the saddle was Feb 2011. The carbon rails failed a few weekends ago. Not catastrophic failure but made the saddle unusable. Prior to throwing away I figured I'd send through an enquiry on the Fizik site (http://www.fizik.com/quality-claim/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Got an email back this morning from them saying:

Dear Dom
Thank you for your e-mail and sorry for the problem occurred.
I will send you a brand new saddle soon.
Thank you and regards

Not counting my chickens but if a new saddle turns up on my doorstep I'll be stoked!

Brand new saddle arrived today. Massive win for Fizik customer service!

Couriers Please seem to be the rage with online Aussie stores? They must be cheap, because they're bloody slow! Would rather pay extra and have Startrack deliver within a day or so (to regional SA)

Just got my order today after 3 weeks, was just left outside the front door in a box that was smashed up and busted with a note saying "This is how we received this box"

It seems the delivery guy did not want to face me so just ditched the box in the hopes I would find it.

Everything seems to be fine inside, but still a bit p1ss poor.

I had a box delivered from c r c with a hole in it. A small part had fallen out and been lost but I received a refund for it. The c r c boxes are pretty poor and don't travel well. In contrast, the Wiggle boxes are pretty sturdy.
