Just find another item and you'll get free shipping too (orders over $92)
Cheaper than everywhere else (wiggle, c r c, ribble, pbk, bikebug etc)

Not sure what size you need but last time I bought tubes I bought 10 of these:defy1 wrote:anyone got any recommendations for decent quality tubes at cheap price? can buy in bulk

They had a discount going at the time and even with shipping it worked out pretty cheap.

Its no problem for me, we'll always be very close on the pricing. Sometimes we are better, sometimes a little more expensive but it'll always be close.rodneycc wrote:Very interesting...

By purchasing through the authorised channel for Australia, you get warranty, aftersales service, access to spare parts, protection from australian consumer laws, all taxes are paid, you know the products have been tested in Australia and you get the warm fuzzy feeling that you are supporting an Australian business that employs staff here.
Fortunately for our business, these things are important to a lot of Australian cyclists.

On the upside the liquidator is selling off all stock very reduced prices - seems to be pretty much cost price plus a couple of bucks ($30 for a Park Tools wheel dishing tool!)
It was pretty busy in there today but still a fair bit of stock of the shelves floor etc

PBK has 20 Michelin airstop tubes for $48defy1 wrote:anyone got any recommendations for decent quality tubes at cheap price? can buy in bulk

Just need to spend another $42 for free shipping, I think another 20 tubes takes it over 2kg which PBK requires $29 for tracked shipping
I bought 20 airstop tubes for general use and 20 A1 Aircomp ultralights for my race wheels, managed to get free shipping on both in two separate transactions (got a couple of chains with the airstops)

As the owner of an original Fly6, I really like it.spirro wrote:99Bikes has the new Fly6 for $249

A few notes:
- it uses a lot of seat post, even for me at ~190cm, and it will get part of my saddle bag in the top of the frame
- the card they supply, 8Gb, is enough for about 2 hours of recording, which is not enough when the battery lasts ~4 hours. Plan on getting say a 16Gb or 32Gb card
- the video recording format is a bit odd and doesn't play on some players. Does upload to YouTube OK though.
- it uses the 'crashcam' method to over-write older videos. When its clearing space it loses about 7 seconds of video. Fingers crossed thats not when someone hits you!
- if you use quicktime or similar to convert the videos into mp4 you can use Garmin VirbEdit to add telemetry from your devices
- you can join videos together, however due to the above you'll need to convert to a different format - that'll take a while even with a powerful computer - say 20 mins per file
Would I buy again? YES!

You could look online but the cheapest I've seen locally is from Office works. They have the SanDisk 32 GB Ultra microSDHC Class 10 for $29.Six13 wrote: the card they supply, 8Gb, is enough for about 2 hours of recording, which is not enough when the battery lasts ~4 hours. Went to buy one the other day for my Sony Cam but my local store had run out so I went to JB's and price matched... their price for a SD 32GB Ultra is $54.95

Great deal, buy the 99 Club Membership for $5 too and it'll give you a $10 coupon code.spirro wrote:99Bikes has the new Fly6 for $249

I ended up with a 16GB card from Orificeworks- was circa $15 way cheaper than anywhere else- some of the other shops prices were ridiculous!! 16GB is enough for mecage wrote:You could look online but the cheapest I've seen locally is from Office works. Are you sure it's not a fake? An SD card can be faked to say it has a higher capacity than it actually does - the card you've got probably has a much smaller capacity.rodneycc wrote:Been using one of these 64Gb cards in my mobile for the last few months and can't recommend them enough for $10!

Test using the method from this page:

These fakes have flooded the market, especially on eBay/Aliexpress etc., that as a general rule I would never buy flash memory (SD card, USB stick and the like) from a retailer that I did not completely trust.

Nope can vouch for mine and works perfectly. For $10 it was a steal. Ive formatted it and filled it full of music at a capacity I know is over 40gb and its working like a charm. What's it longevity I'm not sure but its been a punt thats paid off thus far unlike some of the other stuff from Aliexpress.com2wheels_mond wrote:Are you sure it's not a fake? I'm hoping shipping doesn't take 1 month - as I will likely be overseas when it arrives doing some photo stuff.

Just started using the new fly6 this week. it's 70-80% of the original Fly6 height.Tank1252 wrote:Great info re the Fly6. I've been thinking about getting one for a while. The 99bikes price is the best i've seen, & that 32GB card from Officeworks is a great price too. Does anyone own a new version of the fly6? I'm interested in the size of it. I'm a little on the vertically challenged side & don't have a huge amount of seat post to play with!
first day out and it was put to the "wet test" - surviving the afternoon storm on Wednesday's commute.
On my commuter, I have a trunk bag so I made a PVC holder for it, attached to the pannier rack, identical to the design in the original frankenfly6 thread (viewtopic.php?f=34&t=76702" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).
Haven't tried it on my other bike (w/o pannier rack) so can't comment on the height/position on seat post. I'll do this on the weekend.
