Looks strange/silly. Dissapointing there is no performace comparison to a regular bike. What happens if the harness fails or slips? Wouldn't the harness chafe?

Just another really silly idea from someone who clearly doesn't actually know anything about cycling.

Has a few YouTube links. Apparently it is suppose to mimic the sensation of flying.

Nope, not happening.
No way.
No how.
No nothing.

NOT going there, promise me a bespoke Baum Corretto and I'm still not clambering inside THAT. The absolute wrongness of everything to do with that shape is eye watering.

Seems like a pretty extreme way to avoid buying a wider saddle...

Might be a fitting addition to the ugly bikes thread and doesn't this forum word filter something to 'flying bicycles'?

But if you can do it, then give it a go.

I recall seeing harness systems previously and without a seat tube it loses a crucial fixed pivot point. Rather than just 'hanging' the straps also need to be connected to the frame below as well and sideways movedment prevented.

Just watched the vids...

Insert "flying bicycling" into my previous post at appropriate intervals.
