Hi guys, I recently purchased a bullhorn handlebar for my fixes, however my bike comes with a 31.8 stem, what sort of possible solution I can do to fit the 25.4 handlebar? New stem or shims?

Either will do the job. Shims are probably cheaper.

Just buy a new stem. Happy to donate one to you if it fits (stack height ~45mm I think, 110mm long 17?° rise)
