In a thread about Cell Bikes being offered by an online Indonesian retailer, I stumbled across a series of dodgy sites, they have identical copy, all share the same 'to good to be true' prices plus stock brands together such as specialized, scott, giant (and other combinations) where you know that dealers just don't stock these directly competiting brands together.
Notice that they all accept (prefer) Western Union - and in the world of trustworth, authentic and genuine online shops, Western Union does not play a role. If the world's biggest shops accept credit card and paypal - a genuine retailer needs to do the same. While Western Union is actually a genuine business, it is used by scammers and you absolutely definately need to use a secure payment process which offers risk protection.
These operate on the Advance Fee Fraud principle, pay the money and you never hear back and there isn't much you can do because a manual payment to the indonesion account can't be recovered, likewise Western Union can't be recovered.
I recommend using the mywot.com browser toolbar, this can alter you to known scam and malware sites, plus you can rate scam sites and help others.
Here is a list - next step is to inform the hosts that they have a scammer.
petercycle.com (active)
vivassport.com (active)
insidecycles.com (active)
swapbicycles.com (active)
junaidi.en.bytrade.com (active)
axaracycles.com (active)
indobikesport.com (active)

worldcyclesport.com (active)
betacycles.com (active)

spectasports.com (dead)
milahcycle.com (dead)
valeroprinter.com (active)
knifemower.com (active)
fixoutboard.com (dead)
xtremestorebali.com (dead)
And as a closing note, there are also honest Indonesian businesses, so these scammers are harming the genuine business so that unfortunately you need to treat all with suspicion.
