I bought a set of 2014 Zipp 303s last week and I'm already experiencing issues with the freehub. the wheels are obviously under warranty and I will be seeking for the issue to be rectified but you don't expect high end wheels to fail after 95 km of use. I was going for a strava segment when I heard an odd sound. The wheel seizes after two or three rotations when spun which isn't right. It's almost like a bearing has popped free - I don't know if this is possible?
Does anyone have have tips on how to fix this?

Pull the freehub off and have a look at it. If it looks good, wipe it all out and re-install with fresh grease.
You only need the smallest bit of metal in the freehub area to jam them. Often they stamp the freehub to stop the pawl retainer ring from rotating and I have seen a spec of metal come out of that area and cause some dramas.
Since its under warranty I'm not sure if you could be bothered doing this but its likely to be a simple fix.

It's under warranty ... take it back. Even if it's an easy fix you can complicate your warranty by pulling things to bits yourself.
Zipp hubs are not the greatest in the world reliability wise ... but I expect you have a manufacturing or assembly issue after 95kms!.

Thanks for the feedback. The boys at the shop had a good look at the wheels and a piece of plastic was caught in the free hub and had melted. This is what caused the horrible noise and seized up the wheel. All sorted now
