Wider tyres are generally more comfortable without much change in rolling resistance.
The total circumference of a 32 tyre will be less so slightly lower gearing overall.
But at this size I do not think the 3mm size will make much difference.

What is your intended use? These tend to be on the heavy side in the world of tyres but offer greater puncture protection.

If you currently have 35mm wide tyres the 32mm will fit. In my experience SMPs tend to run wider than their stated width, although this is somewhat dependent on the rim. Functionally I doubt you'll notice any difference between a 35 and a 32.
