I like the frame of super six eve.. but i don't like the colour...
I like the colour of addict 10....

They're all very nice, functional bikes. Buy one you like the look of and feels the best to ride.

I have no idea about Scott's in general but gee that Scott looks nice and has 11-speed. If that test rides nice that would be my pick. Otherwise I like black/silver 2015 Cannondale Supersix with 5800 (11 speed 105), I don't think you can go far wrong with that. But yeah wouldn't touch the Propel especially for general rec riding (but again depends on what type of riding really).

Thats a shame you can't get the right size in the Scott. Got to go 11 speed I'd suggest either 6800 or 5800. Heard there isn't much diff between them but a jump from 5700 and 6700.

All are nice/good bikes- the Scott would be my pick also I don't mind the Propel but would have to ditch the wheelset. My second favourite is the 2015 Dale- Evo 3- love the green. 11 speed should also be on the cards unless you can get a really good deal on 10 speed.

Why do you say "had"?
Stolen, crashed or did you simply get rid of it?

What did you think of that? Obviously a similar level frame to the 'Dale your looking at. Similar groupset.
Having owned that, you wouldnt want another and would prefer the geo change to the Supersix?

Did / Do you like riding a Cannondale? If you enjoyed it and it's what you know and you'd rather go with what you know / trust, go with the Supersix. If you didnt and want to change things up, go with the Scott.

Both the Cannondale and the Scott will be great bikes though.
Try and ride one of each (or the closest variant in your size) and make the choice from there.

Super happy with my Evo of 3 years. I'm no sprinter but certainly no flex that I can perceive to my puny 1000W when stomping uphill. Slim tubes, classic lines, quite an racy geometry, superlight. Now I think there are 3 different frame versions. My original one is now the middle of the range Hi Mod. Monza Imports now handle Cannondale and should do a better job. Agree with Dirty that you should ride them both. Ideally with the same wheels imho. My wife has a 2013 Synapse. That's an excellent do it all frame too, slightly softer and more relaxed geometry. If I had that already, it would be difficult to justify upgrading unless racing seriously. Dirty, my Assaults are brilliant.

PS. the Evo is also very comfortable for a protour bike and assured handling at speed and downhill. Not ridden the Scott I have to say.

I would go with the Cannondale. But I would say that because I'm a Cannondale person.
