Centre of bone in front of shoulder to opposite side by memory from my fitting.....

I gave this a go, but you don't actually have a bone in front of your shoulder. I assume it's the front of the deltoid, where the arm socket sits? (I ain't an anatomist) - that measurement came to roughly 39cm or so, maybe these 44s have been a dead end forever?
