Try Googling as 'UltraLite Bike Mirror' since it isn't an Ortlieb product, just imported from Germany by the same people who do Ortlieb. Other reviews show it as made by D+D Oberlauda. Looks similar to B+M and Ergotech mirrors, this B+M Cycletar 903/3 (or called the Cyclestar 80) is about as big and mounts either in the bar end or clamped to the bar, so if you can't find the UltraLite cheap there's plenty of other options.
