I bought a folding bike as a backup wheels to get home and the upgraditus bug has bitten. I have 2 Tiagra groupo I've pulled out of old low k bikes but my limiting bit I need to swap the groupset over is the rear wheels as it's a 7 speed. I know I can keep riding on the 7 speed but there's no point wasting good bits that's not worth anything but I know are functionally very reliable.
Does anyone know where I can buy 8-10sp 20" rear wheel? Every 20" I've seen in the market are all for BMX.

Which 20" are you after - ie bead seat diameter of 419mm (20 x 1 3/4) or 451mm (20 x 1 1/8; 20 x 1 1/4; 20 x 1 3/8) ?
SJS have an option for 451mm BSD. Not cheap though.
Might be cheaper to build the hub into your rim

It's the 406mm variant... might be cheaper to buy a cheap folder and part it out... or find an antidote for the upgraditus bug

of course it is. Let me know if you find the antidote to upgradeitis.
Still if it is upgrades you are after, how about a 3 spoke carbon ?

Velogear lists a number of 20in rims (http://www.velogear.com.au/bike-parts/b ... -rims.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) so you could build your own wheel. That might cure upgraditus.

I loved my custom 406 wheels I built up for my Moulton whilst I had it.
I used a Son dynamo hub for the front and a Sram Dual Drive for the rear.
I got the firm wheelbuilder.com in the States to custom fit CX-Ray spokes and Velocity Aeroheat rims (406).
Unfortunately in my accommodation I can only have one bike and as my main cycling interest is touring, the Moulton, which couldn't carry enough water for extended trips, had to go and in its place a Surly Ogre.
The Dualdrive is a great little unit with a cassette on the outside and three speed IHG inside the hub. I used only a 7 speed cassette, but they can handle up to 10 speed I believe.
Let me know if you need any more info.
Just spotted a link:
https://www.sram.com/sram/urban/family/dd3" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
For a 7 speed cassette you need to buy a 4.5mm (from memory) spacer.
