I'm needing a new set of road wheels. Fulcrum Quatros get great reviews but I would like to know about freeewheel noise before I commit. I really don't like noisy freewheels that go off like machineguns. Currently have Ksyirium Elite, noisy but tolerable, Shimano 6800, ultra quiet, and Formula Xeros, also nice and quiet.

My Quattro's give off a nice gentle clicking...clearly audible but muted compared to others in my collection.
Ours is not to reason why...merely to point and giggle

As above, my Quattro CX wheels have a nice clicky sound without being loud enough to warn my victims from a distance.
