Title pretty much says it all.
My wife ordered about seven or eight items from wiggle, followed the sizing chart but they're all a size too big.
We're trying to figure out if it's a $15 fee per item or total return package.
Can anyone offer insight? We've sent wiggle an email but figure I might get an answer here faster!
Thanks.

I think it's per return package in total...
Pay Pal have just come out with a return refund policy where they'll refund up to A$45 of return costs for items paid by Paypal. As best as I can work out, it's retrospective too, according to the somewhat garbled email I received from them!

I believe you need to have registered for the Paypal free return shipping service. I did so a while ago. Anyway, here's the web link where you can check the conditions.

I'm not fussed about paying $15 if that cost is across the whole package. Just whether or not it's $15 per package or item is the concern. If anyone's been through this process and could offer their experience that would be great!

$15 per returned package. If you return 6 items in one package and it will cost $15 as it will be deducted from your refund.
But you`d have to email them of the wrong sizes and ask them for correct sizes.
