Help required - Artigiano Utopia RSD 005

Hi, Australian/Texan friends have had a Artigiano bike stored in parents shed in Adelaide for a few years. They have passed it on to me as they don't use it on their brief visits back home. It is carbon fibre and in good nick with quality components. A wed search reveals nothing. Can anyone assist me with any details of this, it seems, boutique brand. Artigiano means Craftsman in Italian. Appreciate any leads....MK
