Boardman cxr9.0 vs cell brunswick 1.0

Hi guys,
Im a newbie to the forum and was wondering if anyone can help. I have limited funds and want a cyclocross/commuter bike. I have narrowed it down to two, boardman cxr 9.0 or the cell brunswick 1.0. Can anyone with a bit more knowledge on the parts give me a recommendation?

I waiting for a delivery of a Boardman CXR9.0. I missed the TNT drop off today but should arrive tomorrow. I will report after a week of riding. From reviews, it appears to be a decent bike for commuting. My commute is 40 minutes on sealed roads with bike path. Main obstacles on the route is glass and litter. On rainy days, there can be a fair bit of muck on the bike lanes.
