My wife has a Garmin 920XT watch, a HRM, and I just gave her a GSC-10 speed/cadence sensor. The watch isn't easy to read on the bike though.
What options are there for an ANT+ compatible bike computer? It doesn't need to have GPS or logging, as the 920 will do that, it just needs to be a display for speed, cadence, HR, distance, etc.
The Bontrager Node 1.1 will probably do the job:

Are there any other options like this?
Alternatively a used garmin 500 or something might be alright and fit the budget (cheap as possible - the Garmin 25 is a bit much I think).

Just find a victim of "upgraditis". My eleven year old now has my Edge 705 on his MTB, with spare parts I got from a working unit I bought on Member-to-Member for $50.
Or wander around a cafe on a Saturday morning. I'm sure your average Orthodontist wouldn't notice one missing from his Pinerello. Well at least not straight away.

Spotted Magellan 105s at Harveys and JB for about $90... good buying. Used G-500s on FB seem to be 100-150 still

I have a bryton ryder 20. Bought it becuase my giant has ant + built in the frame. And for the same reason as the op. Just purely for speed and cadence. Biggest piece of junk ever. Drops out all the time. Is always out by 4-5kms over a trip. But it cost $60 new. So its hard to complain.
