First bike < $200

Postby wfk » Mon Sep 12, 2016 11:31 pm

Hi guys,

I'm in the market for a new bike just to do small commute < 10km couple days a week.

Looking at these two here :
http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-view-detail ... 1110708022
http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-view-detail ... 1123693039

But have no idea what the difference between the two are, i've found some info online about the 7100FX but nothing about the 6500?

Would anyone please be able to shed some light on the difference?

The 7100 looks to have thinner tyres which will be faster, and the other one has visible rust on the rear part of the suspension fork.
Test ride it and if it fits you and the gears and brakes work well enough, $150 is a decent price for a second hand commuting bike.
When you are driving your car, you are not stuck IN traffic - you ARE the traffic!!!
