Looking for an upwards angled stem

Hello, I am finding that my handle bars are slightly lower than what should be comfortable for me.
I found this picture and I the stem on that bike is exactly what I want but I can't figure out what brand/model it is.
Would appreciate your help.

Looks like it's been flipped upside down. Hey Presto! An upward angle head stem.

Wow, didn't realise I could do that. I just did it and the bike is 10x more comfortable.
