AM Hardtail for $1000

Hello,
I have been riding a 29inch Giant Anthem for the past year and have enjoyed it, but I was
looking for a hardtail that I can get a bit of air with, ride it on some AM track and is around $1000 give or take $300.
Here is what i would prefer: 1x11ish drivetrain, quite slack, 26" to 650b wheels and maybe even plus sized tires?
This sounds to me like quite a lot for around 1 thou, so I was wondering if it is at all possible.
