Hi Everyone,
Currently ride a Giant ATX 2 (https://www.giant-bicycles.com/au/atx-2). Been riding it for about 6 months and I think it’s time for an upgrade or get a bike more suited to my purpose. Most of my rides are on weekends and consist of mostly bike path, hills and a bit of gravel and dirt (20-30km). The end game once I build my fitness up is to go out to the trails and explore.
I need some suggestions on what bike I should be getting next. I prefer something with a more upright position. I want something that can climb hills better, the ATX 2 doesn’t have a lockout fork so i can feel the bike bouncing as I’m climbing.
Do you think Adventure bikes like ANYROAD COMAX or Toughroad SLR will suit my needs? Or should I be looking a XC bikes like the Superfly 5. I live in Australia and have a budget of $2500
Help me find my next bike
