Chainrings
Postby gyro10 » Thu May 04, 2017 4:54 pm
I want to buy compact 50-34 rings. Who (preferably in Australia) sells them?? I can find the 34 but not the 50.

You may find replacing the entire crankset better value than individual chainrings.

You may also want to mention if you have 4 or 5 arm cranks. Iam assuming you want 110bcd?

You didn't say if you want Shimano, SRAM, or Campag, or which groupset... but anyway, have a look at: http://tbsm.com.au/bike-parts/drivetrai ... rings-road and if they don't have what you want listed, email them. I had success ordering rings from them in the past.

I don't care who makes them!
I have some Sugino 110mm 5 bolt cranks for them. I am going compact finally.
I will check the links thanks.

As always plenty of 34s but not 50s.
$85 for a 50, $35 for a 34.
Are there any better deals than that out there?

I can find Dura Ace but not 105 on there (yes the 34 but not 50).
FSA have 50 and 34 for $49 apiece.

Shameless plug here. Or you can buy my Sram Apex crankset for $40 and get 34-50t chainrings
