Please help....Im a novice with my head in a spin about replacing my Felt Q720 Bottom Bracket Shimano BB-ES25 Octalink
I'm hoping someone can help me purchase the right fit?
Will a SHIMANO BB-ES3000 Bottom Bracket (BC 1.37*24) fit?

Yep, ES300 is the replacement for ES25. Check whether your frame's bottom bracket shell is 68 or 73mm wide (MTB can be either), and measure the spindle length of the current one, then just get the one that matches.
