Where can I buy 650c wheelsets in Australia?

Hi All,
My daughter has a pretty cool little Cannondale road bike which she uses primarily for Triathlons.
When we got it, it had some brilliant little Gipiemme 650c wheels on it, but since then both rims have been destroyed (I believe they were very old wheels). I've been digging around looking for a replacement set of 650c wheels, but am really struggling to find any.
Wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction as to where I might find some.

They pop up second hand on eBay/Gumtree/Bikeexchange etc often enough. They were popular among tri-athletes in the 90's/00's.

They are still available new, but it would be an unusual LBS that has them in stock. Specialist wheelbuilders would be able to put some together for you.
