There's a German Co called Wulfhorst that does these, a bit more upright than the unit you've shown, and slightly more heavy duty. Website is in German and English.

http://www.wulfhorst.de/en/

1 euro = $1.56AUD
Campagnolo for show, SunTour for go

Hi:

You could also look at the locally designed & made (well, Melbourne) Greenspeed Anura delta trike:

Here are some sites with links. Have seen a guy locally riding the Gomier brand.

That one looks quite good. The only problem is the stated 135kg weight limit.

I think that you're on the right track with a trike like that, with most of your weight distributed over the two rear wheels. I think however that you're going to have problems finding any off the shelf models that are rated to 210+ kg. That said, those weight limits are probably fairly conservative, so if you stick to smooth trails and low/moderate speeds then you might get away with being a bit over.

If you look on the Greenspeed site, they also have a Magnum XL trike that's rated for 450lb (around 205kg). It's not cheap, however.

+2 goodonya.
I briefly consulted with paraquad centre (WA) in perth. They & clients deal with a group that custom makes bikes for quad users and other people with special requirements. If I later recall the group/ organisation name i'll repost, may be something similar in other states.
