Single speed advice

Postby silhouetteboy » Sun Jul 29, 2018 8:27 pm

Hello everyone

Looking for advice on buying a single speed bike for commuting and training along a dedicated PSP (I'm in Perth and using the Midland PSP if that helps). I have been looking at the JRI T5 second hand but there's not much in terms of reviews. Wondering if anyone has experience with them or can recommend?

Thanks

I think the Just Ride It stuff is quite exxy for what it is, and think you'd get more bang for your buck out of something like this Fuji Track Comp, if you really want a FG:

Thanks for that. I have seen some T5s for as low as 350$ second-hand, combining that with its simplicity was the attraction, wouldn't buy JRI new as the price tag seems entirely for aesthetics. Just wary of buying a track bike for use on a PSP as the name suggests.

fair enough, a Fuji Feather would probably be a better option.
