Mind you, at GBP 77 ea (translates to A$155 shipped)
Note : Meant to be free shipping worldwide over 50 quid, but doesn't seem to work, and doesn't take off VAT or add GST, so too expensive for me
Hunt continues !!
EDIT : Comms from Victory Chimp show that free international shipping is triggered at GBP100 and the prices on the site are ex-VAT, so for us Ozzies, the jerseys are GBP77 + shipping.

44GBP (80AUD) shipped
Probably a little to conservative for your tastes Galibier https://galibier.cc/short-sleeve-wear
I swear by their leather mitts, and own their Pave summer jersey, quality on a budget.

In the end, went with this one from Prendas.
As worn by Greg LeMond in the 1989 Tour - well, not actually worn, but the same style and 99% correct logos (Coors didn't respond to Prendas to give them permission to use the logo, so it's not there.
Twas on special, and the VAT reduction paid for the shipping - GBP45 shipped, so happy with that. And I like my retro stuff
Thanks for all the suggestions !!

Hi nickobec,nickobec wrote:how about?
you can find that jersey and other less outrageous but equally colourful at
https://racmmer-cycling.aliexpress.com/store/1052221
It is less than $20 shipped, It does not feel like a $20 jersey, sure it is not the same quality as the $100+ name jerseys I own, but comparable or better than most of the sub $100 jerseys in my wardrobe including my BNA Monton.
Size wise at 184cm 80kg 98cm chest 80cm waist and preferring race fit I went M, bad move fits across my chest but short, I really could do with a L (an XL would probably be too loose for my taste).
After 65kms today including 16km TT and a few showers
These look really good! I need to update my 'commuting jersey stash', and some solid options in there. Have you tried any of there bib knicks? If so, any commenst around sizing and/or comfort?
Thanks!

My commute is 40km and then I usually extended it with a bunch ride. So with two and half hours plus in the saddle. I tend to commute in good quality bib shorts rapha, veloone, capo.
I might buy a pair to test in the future.
There is gold in the feedback section on AliExpress you will find comments on sizing with purchasers height + weight

It's either full sleeve or nothing. There's no middle ground.fat and old wrote:Is it necessary to have a full sleeve tatt these days when wearing a nice jersey or is a single....say a web on the elbow, or LOVE on the fingers..... enough?

it is the same racmmer kit as https://www.aliexpress.com/store/produc ... 43112.html on the Racmmer store of AliExpress, except an extra $20 more. There are a bunch of similar web stores supposedly in UK, Australia, US etc selling kit that is available from AliExpress at higher prices and shipped directly from China.ironhanglider wrote:Stumbled across this

I discovered these:MichaelB wrote:Well, the hunt continues.

Sort of nice with the very old colours on it (there is also an even older version). I'm not sure about CS quality, I've never worn any of the 'apex' level kit they have, that's supposed to be the very top quality kit. The regular CS stuff I find pretty poor, but someone I know was in a race team and their kit was CS Apex, he seemed okay with it...
Edit: this is pretty nice too:

Except the bit around the collar with the registration of the plane on it.

If they had my size, I'd even consider it as it is pretty rad !!

Bought a pair of bibs for commutingpaule11 wrote:Have you tried any of there bib knicks? If so, any comments around sizing and/or comfort?
184cm 77kg went for medium (my size is most brands), should of gone large.
Lasted two rides, the pad is too far back making it bloody uncomfortable ride.
So I would not recommend their bib shorts

Now to just wait the 3 months for them to show up - But hopefully the quality isn't too bad for my casual riding.

It’s certainly bright, but I can’t argue about the price
