Static Trainer ID - old Giant Cyclotron ?

Hi all,

Can anyone ID and indicate whether these are any good ? Am guessing it's an older Giant Cyclotron, but beyond that, I know nothing.

Anyone ?

Just want to know if these are any good in comparison to other mag trainers. Someone I know wants to buy one 2ndhand and I'm hardly a trainer expert.
