Support call logged with cycliq
Had a puncture, valve core came out, then I couldn't get the valve core out of the flexihose. Thankfully a mate pulled up and I used his co2 dispenser and was on my way

There's some non bike related stuff too. It's ok. I'm still standing, healthy-ish, have a job and my wife hasn't stopped me buying bike bits, yet.find_bruce wrote:Fair dinkum Jason the way your luck is running atm I wonder if you didn't throw a black cat under a ladder and in to a mirrorjasonc wrote:Fly6ce failed. Turned right to Westbourne street from Crystal st at Petersham, and was passed by a Car who seems in a hurry, but there was some road work ahead that blocked the street where the driver need to stop, but I as a cyclist was let to cycle through.
+1 thing to make drivers fume about cyclists

Monday was dirt day. Took the MTB 'up and over'. Enjoyed that despite not having a lot of extra time to detour.
Yesterday was fixie day. Gained 2 CCR points passing two roadies on the way to work. Was in a bit of a hurry for an early start. On the way home I stopped by the car parts place to pick up an order, but the box was a lot bigger and heavier than expected so I raced home and drove back to pick it up right on closing time.
This morning was flat bar roadie day and a morning detour around the place because it's Council cleanup week and there have been a few half decent bikes around lately because scrap prices are down. Managed to find a set of car ramps so stashed them in the bushes for later pickup.
Which bike tomorrow? Fixie, Fatty, Dually, (Flat bar) Roadie, Oldie...

This afternoon was good - even extended my commute by 10km. Went past a family with kids, one of their young sons (probably only 5 I guess) was like "wow" as I went past. He thought my bike was about the coolest thing ever. So I stopped on the way back and chatted to the parents and let young kid have a look at my bike.
Not much to do, but maybe it's good some good PR.

Yes, it was quite a surprise- it rolled in very quickly. If I had stopped at the nearby train station I might have remained dry. Light hail too.
Today was alright. Left late this morning and rode fast to make up for it.

Welcome to the clubfat and old wrote:Clip stacked this morning. First time ever. ouch.
Details? Operator error or did someone pull out in front of you?
I had my first stack the very first time I ever test rode them. The bike store's test pedals were cranked up so tight I couldn't unclip and down I went right in front of the guy
