Sorry that's the limit of my knowledge on frozen shoulders. Like anything do lots of research and act on the outcome
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

it's OK I was being tongue in cheek. I've already spoken to a surgeon and physio. it can take a while to rehabilitate it.
