Just a general Q that may lead to several others.
Using Training Peaks to record and analyse the data (but not really properly).
The Q is :
Is there a good ratio between Fatigue & Fitness to maintain (i.e. Fatigue to be no more than 25% higher) ? Or is that what the Form rating does ?
