I am looking at riding from Moss Vale back home to Hallidays Point in October. I am looking at coming via Hill Top, Balmoral, Thirlmere, Werombi and so on back towards Windors Penrith area and were wondering what the roads are like through this area. Is it reasonable to go this way or are they too busy/dangerous etc. Is there a better route. I will be on a Touring bike and will be doing the trip over several days.
Thanks
Nick

Moss vale, along bike track to Bowral. Up Centennial Rd and then follow Old Hwy through Mittagong, up Drapers Rd to Colo Vale and pick up Old Highway again.
Relatively quiet ride to Picton and is slightly downhill.
At Picton, be a hero and do Razorback and then into Camden.
Someone else can take over
