Seako battery replacement

We are trying to replace the battery in a Seako Alto (36v 10ah) but are having no luck finding one.Any ideas?

Maybe these guys? https://www.aseakoelectricbikes.com.au/ The search engine brings up the Alto, but the link re-directs to this page.
